Chapter 51
SOLDIER
âAnd now these three remain: faith, hope and Love. But the greatest of these is Love.â (1 Corinthians 13:13)
Throughout all the wonderful experiences I have described so far, I still could not give up the hope that I would be able to recover my stolen diary. Early on when I discussed what happened in Stockholm with my American Indian friend Gene Taylor, he suggested that I should first forgive the thief. At that time, it was very difficult for me to even consider such an option.
I could not imagine how I would be able to describe my stories without the help of my beloved and precious written recordings. The hidden desire that I would be able to recover my treasure was still with me, even during Starlines II. I really needed advice. On the last day of the program, I called for Gardener, humbly expressed my love, and apologized that I was asking for him so often.
âDo not worry about calling me often, Menev. I can use my multi-teleporter and be in many locations at the same time.â
âHow many?â was all I could mutter, being again surprised.
âAs many as I need, thousands, hundreds of thousands. There are many just like you throughout the galaxy that I want and need to handle. How can I help you now?â
âYour Majesty, do you think that I could possibly recover my stolen diary? I am sure if I could get it back it would contribute to increased production of the Loosh.â
âWell, there are two possibilities. Probably, the better one would be to send that thief as much Love as often as you can to soften his heart. He might receive your Love and decide to send the diary to you or call you to negotiate. A more difficult option would be to find him during your spiritual travels. But you would have to look for him, not for the location, not for Stockholm. It is extremely rare to succeed this way.â
âYour Majesty let me ask you, I bet you know where my diary is.â
I was not giving up easily.
âSure, I do, but I cannot tell you. I would break not only the laws of the Galaxy, but the laws of the entire Universe. I worked hard for my position. You certainly wouldnât want me to lose my beloved job, would you, Little One? I could be demoted by the Intergalactic Council. You have to figure it out on your own.â
And the conversation was over.
At the last sharing session of the program, I was asking my fellow participants to somehow send Love from our group to the thief with the intention to soften his heart as Gardener had suggested and maybe encourage him to send me my diary. The Stockholm thief had everything, my address, phone number and e-mails in the stolen backpack. But I did not find the support in the group I had naively expected, probably because my appeal had likely sounded very pathetic.
About one month later, when I had a completely
